At The Show
We get people into shows fast, and we get them in pleasantly.
Visitors who come with e-tickets present them to Dorothy, our purpose designed kiosk, and receive a badge in seconds.
Those who come having received a badge in the post take it straight to a pre-registered visitor desk. The badge is torn off, put in a badge-holder and handed back; the stub is retained as hard copy evidence of their attendance. No badge zapping is required, and the process is lightning fast.
Those who come without documents complete a registration form and take it to a registration desk. We enter the details and print them a badge. We have a printer beside each operator, so the whole process, including any corrections, is fast.
And QRS staff are pleasant. After all, the impression visitors get at this stage sets their attitude towards the entire show.
Two way lead recording
QRS's service doesn't stop once visitors have entered the show. When they are in a crowded exhibition hall and carrying bags and brochures, making a note of companies that interested them is far from easy. Two way lead tracking solves this by emailing visitors a list of the exhibitors they saw.
Here's how it works. At the show, exhibitors zap the badges of interested visitors. After the show, those visitors are sent an email that:
- thanks them for attending
- provides them with a list of sales contacts for the stand they visited (including name, company, telephone, email and website)
- gives the date of the next show (plus a .vcs file that they can put straight into Outlook)
- has a link to a SmartForm so they can register for the next show while it's fresh in their mind
- supplies the show organiser's contact details (plus a .vcs file so they can go straight into Outlook).
In short, it provides visitors with everything they need to maximise a show's value.
