We've been using QRS each year since 2013 and I can't speak highly enough of the staff and the excellent service they provide. From the first meeting at our offices in Glasgow, through the myriad of email messages and phone calls, to the event itself, they have been a model of professionalism and utmost helpfulness.
Nothing is too much trouble and any problems have been dealt with quickly and efficiently. It is no exaggeration to say that we couldn't do the event without them, they have become an invaluable part of our team.

As an organiser of a large exhibition we knew it was essential to have an easy to use and professional registration process when we launched our event.
We spoke to a number of registration companies, who either over complicated or over charged for services we didn’t want. Having done a bit more research we came across QRS, and from the moment we met Louise we knew our event registration would be in safe hands.
The entire process was handled brilliantly by the QRS team. Jeeves, James, Richard. They created a webpage for us and constructed e-shots that worked really well, allowing us to easily engage with our target audience; while Tom, who is one of the nicest guys I have met in the exhibitions industry, managed the onsite operations without fault.
Everyone was friendly, quick to respond, and always happy to offer advice and guidance – we wouldn’t ever consider using anyone else other than QRS

From the initial contact, to on-site, the service we have received from you has been excellent. The on-site team was superb, I particularly want to mention Marc (who was also brilliant in the show run up) he is a great asset to you. Nothing was too much trouble on-site and I was particularly impressed with Marc’s pro-active approach to any problems, such as changing the badge colour on the 2nd day so we did not have to scan everyone but just ask the re-visits to re-register. It was a small detail but great. I also appreciated Marc’s thoughts on the traffic management.
On Wednesday I received the visitor demographics – which again was superb and very useful.

At Learning Technologies we want to be absolutely sure that our visitors are welcomed into the show as quickly and efficiently as possible. In 2009 our registrations and attendance were both significantly up, so it was particularly fortunate that we were able to use e-ticketing for the first time. That meant that even those registering very late received an e-ticket and could collect their badge when they arrived in just a few seconds.
"QRS’s e-badging terminal Dorothy certainly did the job, and its speed of badge-printing was really impressive. This is a service we would like to offer our visitors again in the future.
I’ve got to say, this is a great development – it’s really useful being able to see at a glance who’s pre-registered, and the graph comparing this year with last is fantastic too! Hats off to whoever came up with this idea – it’s very, very useful for me!
