Visitors who come with e-tickets present them to Dorothy, our purpose designed kiosk, and receive a badge in seconds.

Those who come have received a badge in the post take it straight to a pre-registered visitor desk. The badge is torn off, put in a badge-holder and handed back; the stub is retained as hard copy evidence of their attendance. No badge zapping is required, and the process is lightning fast.

Those who come without documents complete a registration form and take it to a registration desk. We enter the details and print them a badge. We have a printer beside each operator, so the whole process, including any corrections, is fast.

And QRS staff are pleasant. That’s not just chance. Before every show, we remind the agency staff we use of the manners we expect. We see the results in the compliments we receive.
