What do you need to know about your attendance?
QRS end of show analysis has two objectives. It is designed to help you:
- sell stand space to exhibitors
- make best use of your visitor promotion budget
For your stand space sales, QRS reports give you all the demographic analyses you need. They are provided very quickly at the end of the show, so you can use that information whilst the event is fresh in your exhibitors’ minds.
For your visitor promotion, we analyse registration by source code so you can assess the effectiveness of each piece of promotion. This gives you the information you need to concentrate your promotion budget where it is most effective.
Post-show questionnaires
Of course, we offer post-show questionnaires for visitors. We can provide online questionnaires in exactly the same way that we provide registration forms with the data collected straight into a spreadsheet for forwarding on to you.
We can also add "trigger" questions – for example "Are you considering exhibiting at next year's event?". If someone selects "yes" then an email is immediately sent to you – and within minutes you could have a sales person on the phone talking to the potential exhibitor.
