QRS's visitor badge zapper for exhibitors

Taking visitor details is probably the most important thing for most exhibitors. After all, it doesn’t matter how interested a visitor is, if there’s no way of contacting them after the show, there’s no way of making a sale.

Barcode zappers provide the answer. Exhibitors simply scan visitors’ badges and the job is done. And because exhibitors are at the show to sell their product, not wrestle with ours, recording the information simply involves pressing a single button.

Two way lead recording

When visitors are in a crowded exhibition hall and carrying bags and brochures, making a note of companies that interested them is far from easy. But making that note is essential for both exhibitor and visitor. Two way lead tracking solves this by emailing visitors a list of the exhibitors they saw.

Here's how it works. At the show, exhibitors zap the badges of interested the visitor. After the show, the visitor is sent an email that:

  • thanks them for attending
  • provides them a list of sales contacts for the stand they visited (including name, company, telephone, email and website)
  • gives the date of the next show (plus a .vcs file that they can put straight into Outlook)
  • has a link to a SmartForm so they can register for the next show while it's fresh in their mind
  • supplies the show organiser's contact details (plus a .vcs file so they can go straight into Outlook).

In short, it provides visitors with everything they need to maximise a show's value.
