About us

QRS was established in 1996 to provide visitor registration services at trade shows. Since 1996, we’ve registered shows in Europe, the USA and the Far East. Although many of our shows conform closely to the standard pattern for trade shows, we pride ourselves on the inventive approach we have for those shows that have special requirements. Our belief is that if it’s difficult we’ll do it, we’ll do it well and we’ll do it cost-effectively. We’ll understand what you want to achieve quickly, and chances are that we can bring some fresh ideas to improve the service and save you money too.

We believe our success comes from focussing on what organisers actually need from their exhibition registration services company. We don’t offer flashy tools that add money to your bill without adding value to our service. What’s more, there are no hidden extras: our quotations are full, detailed and inclusive.

Meet The Team

    Fiona Jeffries - Finance Director

    Fiona is responsible for finance, accounting and administration. Fiona’s background is in farming, and she is a sought-after sheep midwife. With 220 ewes of her own, invoicing by day and lambing by night, Fiona has been known to wake up to find herself bedded down with a sheep.

    Louise Hubbard - Sales Director

    Louise has over 20 years of experience in exhibition management having previously worked for: Reed Exhibitions, Centre Exhibitions of The NEC Group and Clarion Events NEC. She joined us as Sales Manager in February 2011 and is responsible for business development and key account management. Louise is a keen ‘cook’ loves having friends over for dinner and trying out new recipes on them. She also enjoys country walks with her beloved German shepherd dog – Sam.

    Marc Davies - Compliance Director

    Marc, who has a background in IT management, has worked across many sectors of QRS since joining the company nearly ten years ago. As a result of the introduction of the GDPR legislation, Marc has taken on the newly created, group wide role of Compliance Director. As the nominated Data Protection Officer for the Group he is perfectly positioned to help guide our customers through the biggest change in Data Protection legislation for 20 years.

    Ben Wheal - IT Manager

    Ben looks after QRS’s IT developments, as well as providing day-to-day support to customers with particular requirements. In his spare time he trains to an abominable level of fitness, and is authoritative on fast cars and birds.

    Thomas Phillips - Senior Onsite Manager

    Tom joined QRS in 2014 and has valuable experience in on-site registration management having previously worked for GES Data Services, for whom he travelled worldwide providing technical expertise in the installation and operation of registration systems. He gained a great insight into how venues operate at an international level and enjoys liaising with clients as to how best they can lay out their registration area onsite. Having worked in many roles as a youngster in the exhibition industry and developing his skills over the last decade, Tom brings enthusiasm and experience to his role as Senior On-Site Manager for QRS.

    Tom regularly works out at the gym in order to keep fit and healthy. He also enjoys watching The Wasps at the Ricoh Arena.

    James Holtom – Customer Support Programmer

    James joined the company at the beginning of 2014, bringing with him several years of knowledge in a variety of IT subjects. He deals with the day to day requirements of customers, supports the team and takes on some of the bespoke technical challenges. He is an avid programmer outside of work, and hopes to start developing computer games.

    James is also known to go to the gym in order to keep fit and ensure he keeps his weight respectable in view of the fact he has a real sweet tooth!

    Gareth Jones – Project Manager

    Gareth joined the team as an Onsite Manager at the start of 2017. He is not one to sit back and let the world pass by he is constantly looking to develop his skills and gain a good level of understanding of everything he does. When he sees an opportunity for improvement he will take those ideas forward and put them into practice showing real initiative. With an eye for detail and experience in providing excellent customer service, he is a valuable addition to the QRS Team.

    Gareth recently became a father to a beautiful baby boy, Monty who has been a bit of a distraction from his other interests which are classic cars and a wide range of musical genres.
